The Terms applicable are those in force at the time of the User’s visit; Users are invited to review them regularly.

1.4 Access to and availability of the Website

CAT SAS endeavours to keep the Website accessible but is under no obligation to do so and may suspend, interrupt or modify the Website at any time, without notice or compensation, notably for maintenance or updates.   • Not send unsolicited bulk messages via the Website;
  • Never use a robot, crawler, scraper or other automated access tool;
  • Not circumvent or attempt to circumvent the Website’s security measures or usage restrictions.

Where a User submits identifying information via a form, it undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date data and to correct it where necessary.

CAT SAS reserves the right to deny access to all or part of this Website to any User who fails to comply with the Terms.

1.6 Content of the Website

CAT SAS makes reasonable efforts to ensure the information published on the Website is accurate, complete and up to date, but cannot be held liable for errors, omissions, inaccuracies or delays in updates, whether caused directly or by third parties supplying information. CAT SAS reserves the right to correct errors, omissions, and inaccuracies as soon as they are brought to CAT SAS’s attention and, more generally, to modify or remove all or part of the Website at any time without prior notice. Information on the Website is non-contractual.

CAT SAS does not guarantee that the content of the Website is suitable for personal use.

1.7 Intellectual property

The trademarks, trade names, logos, graphics, texts, data, images, videos and other content on the Website, and the Website itself (including its structure), are the exclusive property of CAT SAS or third parties, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication or adaptation of all or part of the Website’s elements, by any means, is prohibited without the prior written authorisation of CAT SAS. Access to the Website does not confer any such authorisation. Unauthorised use will be considered an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

1.8 Personal data and Cookies

CAT SAS wishes to reaffirm its commitment to scrupulously honouring the trust the User places in it and to strictly complying with the obligations set forth in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of 27 April 2016, and Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 (as amended), known as the “Data Protection Act”, along with its implementing decrees. CAT SAS is committed to adhering to the provisions of these regulations, particularly those concerning the personal information you may provide to us while using the Website.

CAT SAS may process your personal data in accordance with applicable regulations and the privacy and personal data protection policy available here [link to the privacy policy], which also describes the audience measurement and form protection tools used on the Website.

The Website does not use cookies for tracking, advertising or audience measurement. Only a strictly functional cookie may be set to remember your language preference. For more information, please refer to Section 1.7 of the privacy policy.

1.9 Liability

The Website’s content is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. CAT SAS cannot be held liable, on any basis, for direct or indirect damage, including financial or commercial loss, arising from use of the Website or reliance on information found on it, nor for damage caused by viruses or other malicious code affecting the User’s equipment.

CAT SAS does not guarantee the results arising from the use of any content. The User is solely responsible for the use of the materials contained on the Website. Any use of the Website is at User’s sole responsibility. The User must comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

1.10 Links to third-party websites

The Website may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites over which CAT SAS has no control. CAT SAS merely facilitates access to such sites and assumes no responsibility for their content, availability or compliance with applicable law. CAT SAS invites the User to review the terms of use of the third-party websites prior to using them.

Any hyperlink to the Website requires CAT SAS’s prior written authorisation.

1.11 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid under applicable law or a final court decision, the remaining provisions remain in full force. CAT SAS will replace the invalid provision with a valid one that most closely reflects its original intent.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their validity, interpretation or performance shall, failing amicable settlement, be submitted to the competent courts of Nanterre.

1.13 Non-Waiver

CAT SAS’s failure to exercise, or delay in exercising, any right or remedy provided for in these Terms or by law does not constitute a waiver of such right or remedy. Any waiver by CAT SAS of a breach of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach thereof.

1.14 Language

These Terms are drafted in English and may be translated for information purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version shall prevail.

The Terms are published on November 2, 2026.
