Groupe CAT achieves EcoVadis Gold Medal in 2026

Moving from Silver to Gold this year, this recognition reflects the structuring and deployment of our CSR approach across the Group

We are delighted to announce that Groupe CAT has been awarded the EcoVadis Gold Medal 2026. After receiving a Silver Medal in 2025, this new recognition marks significant progress in our CSR assessment.

With an overall score of 86/100, Groupe CAT is now among the top 5% of companies assessed by EcoVadis.

This performance reflects the work undertaken to structure our CSR approach, strengthen our policies and deploy our commitments across the Group. It also demonstrates the strong commitment of many teams around a shared ambition: to continuously improve our practices and drive sustainable progress.

Measurable and recognised CSR progress

The EcoVadis assessment evaluates our performance across four key pillars: Environment, Labour & Human Rights, Ethics and Sustainable Procurement.

Our 2026 scores are:

  • 89/100 for Environment
  • 84/100 for Labour & Human Rights
  • 82/100 for Ethics
  • 89/100 for Sustainable Procurement

These results demonstrate the range of actions implemented across our activities and processes. They also reflect the level of structure behind our policies, measures, reporting and the deployment of our commitments.

The EcoVadis Scorecard awards a 100/100 score for our environmental policies and 100/100 for our environmental measures. Our environmental policy includes quantitative targets for energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, as well as commitments relating to materials, chemicals and waste.

Environment: accelerating our sustainable transition

Our environmental performance reaches 89/100.

Our approach is based on structured commitments to reducing our environmental impact, energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions and waste, while improving the way we use resources.

EcoVadis recognises several actions already implemented, including energy and carbon audits, reductions in the energy consumption of lighting systems and IT infrastructure, the use of renewable energy, reductions in material consumption, the reuse of materials, waste sorting and employee training on environmental issues.

Our climate commitments are also supported by targets validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi). Our climate commitments are also supported by targets validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), confirming our greenhouse gas emissions reduction pathway and our long-term decarbonisation ambition.

The Scorecard also highlights our endorsement of the United Nations Global Compact, as well as our ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certifications within the assessed scope.

Labour & Human Rights: putting our people at the heart of our approach

The Labour & Human Rights pillar reaches 84/100.

Our policy covers working conditions, health and safety, career and skills development, social dialogue, and the prevention of discrimination and harassment.

EcoVadis recognises a wide range of actions, including skills development, individual career plans, internal mobility, performance reviews, workplace ergonomics, occupational risk prevention, initiatives supporting health and psychological well-being, flexible working arrangements and measures promoting equal opportunities.

Our CSR approach is therefore built around a fundamental belief: the sustainable transformation of Groupe CAT depends on the commitment, development and empowerment of our people.

Ethics: strengthening responsible business practices

With a score of 82/100, the Ethics pillar reflects our commitments to integrity, anti-corruption, information security and data protection.

EcoVadis highlights the existence of dedicated policies covering corruption, fraud, conflicts of interest, money laundering and information security. These commitments are supported by control and prevention mechanisms, including corruption risk assessments, whistleblowing procedures, control audits, anti-corruption training and incident management processes for confidential information.

This structured approach contributes to strengthening a culture of ethics across our activities and relationships with our stakeholders.

Sustainable Procurement: integrating CSR into our supply chain

The Sustainable Procurement pillar also reaches 89/100.

Our sustainable procurement policy is built around defined objectives, dedicated responsibility and deployment across our supplier base.

The EcoVadis Scorecard highlights the existence of a Supplier Sustainability Code of Conduct, supplier assessments covering environmental and social practices, on-site audits, training for buyers on CSR issues and the integration of social and environmental clauses into supplier contracts.

This approach enables us to progressively integrate sustainability criteria into our procurement decisions and strengthen the consideration of environmental and social issues across our supply chain.

A Gold Medal: a collective achievement

Moving from Silver to Gold this year represents an important milestone in our CSR journey.

This progress is not the result of a single initiative. It reflects the work carried out across our policies, processes, actions, reporting and the deployment of our commitments throughout Groupe CAT.

Achieving an overall score of 86/100 and reaching the the top 5% of companies assessed by EcoVadis recognises this momentum. It also highlights the collective commitment of the many teams contributing every day to improving our practices.

We would like to thank everyone who has contributed to this achievement.

Continuing to progress and raise our ambitions

This Gold Medal is an important recognition. It is also an encouragement to continue our efforts.

Our CSR approach remains focused on continuous improvement: strengthening our environmental commitments, developing our social initiatives, consolidating our ethical practices and advancing our sustainable procurement approach.

We will continue to structure our CSR approach across Groupe CAT, strengthen the deployment of our commitments and progressively raise our level of ambition.

The EcoVadis Gold Medal 2026 marks another important milestone. Our objective remains the same: to make CSR a tangible driver of transformation, sustainable performance and collective progress.
